- Cancellation charge will be applicable as per individual hotel policy and 100% cancellation will be applicable if it is cancelled within the cancellation deadline.
- In case of special room request like room location, adjacent room, double/twin room, please advise us when the booking is made. While we will pass the request to the hotel, we cannot guarantee the same.
- Above rates are not applicable during peak periods.
- If any airline is delayed or cancelled, we will not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
- If guests are staying the last night in Macau, the return flight from Hong Kong must be scheduled after 3:00 PM. Ferries from Macau to Hong Kong start from 9:00 AM, and guests need to reach the airport 3 hours before departure.
- Normal vehicle service hours are 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Services outside these timings will attract additional charges.
- As per Hong Kong Government regulations effective 22 April 2024, hotels will not provide water bottles or disposable toiletries. Tap water is safe to drink, and kettles are available in rooms.
- Note: Above rates is not valid on weekends (Fri-Sat), Supplement charges will be applicable.
