• Cancellation charge will be applicable as per individual hotel policy and 100% cancellation will be applicable if it is canceled within the cancellation deadline.
• In case of special room request like room location, adjacent room, double/twin room, please advise us when the booking is made. While we will pass the request to the hotel, we cannot guarantee the same.
• Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending on weather, road conditions, flight schedules and room availability. Supplement charge for room rate in peak dates depends on the hotel category used. Compulsory gala dinner on X’mas, New Year’s Eve, Lunar New Year’s Eve to be advised upon booking.
• Above rates are not applicable during peak periods.
• If any airline is delayed or cancelled, we will not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
• Travel vouchers will be issued only after full payment is received before the trip. This ensures all bookings are secured and your itinerary is finalized without any delays or disruptions
• As your travel agent, we provide a selection of hotel options based on availability and your preferences. We strongly encourage you to review the hotel's ratings and guest feedback online to ensure it meets your expectations.
• Please note that we do not have control over aspects such as hotel staff behavior, food quality, or other service-related issues, and therefore cannot provide guarantees in these areas. Our goal is to facilitate a smooth booking process, and we advise due diligence to ensure a comfortable stay
• Certain popular sightseeing tours and activities require advance payments to secure your reservations due to high demand. Delayed payments may result in sold-out tickets or unavailability at the last moment, for which Concept Holidayz cannot be held responsible.
