How do employers expect their employees to work effectively if the individuals are not trained properly in the first place? Numerous factors drive business success, but in this industry training and development of each and every personnel is the priority and this is the driving force of our organization. The reason because we believe that by effective training and development, we minimize error and make aware ourselves at every point of time. Our Training & Development Mechanism are as follows: On Job Training (one to one): Once a week Which includes the essential duties, reporting, day happenings and any special instructions. Conducted by Assignment Manager / Supervisor. Fire Evacuation / Fire Fighting: Conducted once a month Practical demonstration plus Lecture, by providing written and printed document. All the Training & Development need are covered and conducted by Training Officer or assigned manager.
We know the importance of training & development and how to do it. And we believe we have the most creative and interactive methods to do it apart from the normal training. Kindly have a look. Both basic and on the job, training given by our company is one of the best in the industry as it is according to the international standards. Apart from these two basic and on-the job training, the supervisory staff and guards are subject to an appropriate assessment and evaluation to measure the security officer. For this, they have to complete refresher training for 2 days within a span of six months. In refresher training, all the aspects of duties are revised so as to ensure that their professional level is maintained at the required level.
For a proper check on the security guards, field officers / supervisors visit the site twice a day, manager inspects once every alternate day and senior staff does inspection weekly. Surprise checks are also done and strict action is taken against any inappropriate behaviour. We also use some other methods for screening and training which are confidential. Our stringent rules and state-of-the art scrutiny equipment's has made us leaders in this industry.
